OF BUYING
A PROPERTY IN BULGARIA |

Set up your own company in Bulgaria
According
to the Bulgarian Act on Foreign Investment until
2014 year foreigners can buy buildings but not land.
Therefore the most common method for foreigners
and recommended by the Law is to set up a Bulgarian
company, which then own the property.

Purchasing a property
Once
you decide that you want to buy a property we arrange
all legal assistance related to the transaction.
Optima N Ltd lawyers are specialized in real estate
legislation. The Procedure of purchasing a property
includes:
- Signing
Notarial Act –
final contract for purchase. The client pay the
rest 90%
of the price

For services mentioned above including the delivery
of the Title Deed of ownership, investigation of title
and other property documents, all legal fees covering
both the preliminary and final contract, document
translation and legalization fees Optima N Ltd charge
2 % fee of the purchase price, EXCEPT
some special cases when we do not charge the clients! |
