Traditional country house in the popular village Podvis in Rhodope mountain.

It is made by stones and solid wood about 100 years ago. 1 year ago it was renovated in full.

The house is on 2 floors with a basement floor. First floor including spacious living and kitchen areas with fire-place, hallway and bahroom and toilet. Second floor comprises 3 bedrooms and terrace.
The living area of the house is 156 m2. The plot size is 490 m2. In the house are TV-set and satelite system, built-in air-heating system from the fire-place, fitted kitchen cupboards, cooker, fridge, bathroom and toilet, boiler, pine-tree wooden beds and matresses, shutters on the windows. Just the wooden floor of second floor is original. All remaining wooden parts were changed, painted and varnished.
There is a barn/ farm building on 2 floors  /area 38 m2/ wich is a part of the property. It is made from stones and wooden beams. It is not renovated but has big potential. There could be arranged one more bedroom or huge veranda, because of the amazing view.

The house is accessible by car, but last 100 m you have to walk. In the village are 2 small restaurants, food shop, bus stop.
